Once you have contacted us we will assess your needs and act on the information provided.

In respect to all our customers we will;

• Assess and report on your existing insurance arrangements
• Arrange a visit to you, if required
• Discuss in detail and specific requirements
• Collate all the information
• Present the details to the underwriters to obtain a quotation
• Provide you with a full quote, with all the terms and conditions
• Discuss any changes needed before the acceptance of the quote and provision of cover
• Supply you with a confirmation of cover.

3. Policy renewals

When policies are due for renewal, we will:

• Review the cover and advise you of any recommended changes
• Arrange a renewal review visit, if required
• Provide the insurer's documents and our Statement of Demands and Needs prior to the renewal date
• Deal with any changes to cover that you have requested

4. Claims Service

When a claim occurs, we will;

• Discuss the details with you, notify the insurers and send a claim form to you or advise the insurer claims line
• Advise you of the loss adjuster details if appointed
• Liaise with the insurers and adjusters for you
• Keep you updated on the claim progress
• Help to achieve a fair settlement
